By accessing, browsing, and making purchases on this website, the user (hereinafter, "the customer") fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between the store and the customer regarding the acquisition of digital products and services offered on the platform.
1. Supplier identification
Landinbig LTD is a legally incorporated entity in the United Kingdom, responsible for the operation of keys-bolvia.com. For inquiries, complaints, or notifications, the customer can contact us through the official channels published on the website.
2. Description and nature of the products
The store sells digital products such as activation keys, account access, licenses, guides, digital resources, and other related services.
Each product comes with a detailed technical description, specifying its nature, permitted use, duration, license type, compatibility, and any other relevant features.
The customer is responsible for reading and understanding the description of each product before making the purchase. The acquisition of a key, access key, or digital resource does not imply the transfer of intellectual property, but only the right to use it in accordance with the terms of the original manufacturer or supplier.
3. Purchase and delivery process
The purchasing process is carried out entirely online. The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information for proper processing of the transaction and delivery of the product.
The delivery of digital products is carried out by electronic means (email, user panel, download link, etc.) within a maximum period of 24 hours after payment confirmation, except in cases of force majeure or technical incidents beyond the store's control.

4. Warranty and support
4.1. Product Warranty

During this period, the customer may request a change or replacement of the key only in the event of a proven malfunction, providing appropriate evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
- For products consisting of access, accounts, memberships or other similar services, the guarantee of operation is 30 calendar days from delivery, provided that use has been in accordance with the established conditions and no misuse, improper manipulation or violation of supplier policies is detected.
- The warranty does not cover cases where the product has been used in bad faith, resold, shared, tampered with, or in violation of the manufacturer's or supplier's policies.
4.2. Technical support
The support offered by the store is limited exclusively to the assistance in the activation process of the purchased product.
Technical support is not provided for operation, configuration, advanced usage, compatibility, upgrades, reinstallation, or support for third-party software, services, or platforms.
The customer is responsible for having the knowledge and resources necessary for the proper use of the purchased product.
5. Permitted use and restrictions

If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued directly to the card used.
All refund requests must be submitted in a handwritten, scanned, and signed letter by the customer, justifying the reason for the request. The store reserves the right to accept or reject the request after review.
Refund requests will not be accepted due to misuse, ignorance, subjective dissatisfaction, change of mind, unspecified incompatibility, or any cause other than a proven defect in the delivered product.
